Job Description

Role: Project Control Engineer - 12 month contractLocation: Warrington / Sellafield siteThe Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting for an experenced Project Controls Engineer to work on a long-term contract basis with a leading Civil Engineering client in the Nuclear industry.What youll be doing

  • Working on a BEP JV related project
  • Ensure safety is the highest priority on the project, with a continued strive towards Zero Harm.
  • Provide Change Control support to Project Management Lead Delivery Team throughout the EPCC Lifecycle. Adhere to the CNF process and support the impact assessments of CNFs.
  • Share learning and best practice across the project controls function, incorporate learning from wider parent organisation activities and capture BEP lessons learned to support innovation.
  • Ensure all project controls processes and procedures are adhered to and embedded within the delivery teams.
  • Work collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure project controls aspects of project delivery meet agreed timescales.
  • Working directly with the Change Control Manager and Area Project Teams.
  • Support area project teams in producing detailed impact assessments for both Time and Cost to support CNFs.
  • Baseline Management

  • Good coordinator/organiser, pro-active and self-motivated
  • Experience of change management processes, systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Excel
  • NEC Experience
  • Experience of planning within P6 to support the implementation of agreed changes
Details of the contract
  • 12 Month Contract
  • Offering between £39 - £49 p/h viv Umbrellla (Inside IR35)
  • Based on the site in Warrington, with occasional visits to Sellafield site
