Job Description

  • £23,000 - £25,000 D.O.E.
  • Hours: 9AM - 5:30PM, Mon to Fri
  • Location: Warrington -own transport is essential due to the remote location
  • Office based whilst training (first 3 months) then hybrid available: 3 days in the office/2 days WFH
  • Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays (birthday off after first year)

Duties of the Project Administrator:You will be supporting the Account Management team by providing administrative support to their campaigns/projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track.
  • Writing up the client briefs.
  • Sitting in on client and internal meetings to keep track of where things are up to.
  • Completing project paperwork and uploading to the system.
  • Updating project trackers.
  • Liaising between internal teams.
What do you need in order to be considered for the Project Administrator role
  • Either degree educated or a minimum of 1 years experience within an administration role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
