Do you want to work for a food manufacturing company based in WarringtonDo you have experience of working within a food production enviornmentLocation:Omega Business Park, Skyline Drive, Burtonwood, Warrington WA5 3TPHours:Days or Night shifts available working 12 hour shifts on a Working pattern. Example, week 1 = 36 hours, week 2 = 48 hours, average = 42 hours.Benefits and Pay:- £8.91 - £10.64 (depending on shift pattern)- Onsite parking- Onsite canteenDescription:Assist with the production and packing of food grade products via high speed packinglines.Duties:- Following company procedures ensure products are processed and packed safely and to theright quantity and quality.- Checking documentation to ensure products are packed in line with specification.- Complete all health and safety checks and actions in line with company procedure.- Ensure working area is always kept clean and tidy applying "a clean as you go process"- Workers will be trained on a number of different tasks within the production area and may be required to move between tasks/activities throughout the day.Requirements:- Must be trained to manual handling standards- Machinery used in the production and packing of pills and capsules are fast moving and require a high level of dexterity and may include repetitive packing activity.- Confident using machinery and IT systems- Accuracy and attention to detail to ensure ingredients used match the order provided- Capable of lifting and standing for long periods.- Meet minimum requirements for numeracy and literacy in order to complete and pass Compliance Food Safety trainingIf this role is of interest please click apply and a member of the recruitment team will be in touch.
