Job Description

With over 25 years experience, Rix Motors Ltd is a well established car dealership and expanding family run business in Warrington.We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a hard working Preparation Assistant, to start immediately, who can work to a high standard, at our dealership.

  • Do you hold a Full UK driving licence
    • This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get into the Motor Trade and work hard.Key Tasks:
  • Organising Valeters.
  • Quality checking and moving vehicles between sites.
  • Attend to minor blemishes and imperfections on the vehicles.
  • Ordering parts.
  • Fueling vehicles.
  • Ensure all vehicles are presented in line with company standards.
  • Ensuring vehicles are correctly displaying price boards and specification sheets.
  • Photograph and create videos of vehicle stock for use on multiple web platforms to help drive enquiries and sales.
  • Maintaining the photograph turntable.
  • Carry out basic prep (wash/vac) if needed in order to speed up the photography/video process.
  • Laising with both the sales and valet team to ensure that sold cars are presented on time for customer collection/delivery.
    • Schedule:
  • A two weekly cycle of :Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm. Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm, Saturday: 9am-4pm.
