We drive standardisation, simplification and automation across Babcock, to help generate sustainable value for the group andour external customers The roleThe difference our new Personal Assistant will make As a Personal Assistant youll have a role thats out of the ordinary. You will provide vital business support activities a small number of senior leaders within our Group HR functionDay to day, youll be responsible for a variety of tasks, which will include managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.Maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times, you will prioritise conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and following- through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.Alongside business-as-usual administrative tasks, you will also have the opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc HR projects, including researching, collecting, and analysing information.At Babcock, we have a history of helping talent go far.
