BCS supplies and operates all IT, security, procurement, and finance Shared Services. We are embeddedalongside the operations that we serve, enabling us to maintain close working relationships that support delivery to our customers. We drive standardisation, simplification and automation across Babcock, to help generate sustainable value for the group andour external customers The roleThe difference our new Personal Assistant will make As a Personal Assistant youll have a role thats out of the ordinary. You will provide vital business support activities a small number of senior leaders within our Group HR functionDay to day, youll be responsible for a variety of tasks, which will include managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.Maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times, you will prioritise conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and following- through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.Alongside business-as-usual administrative tasks, you will also have the opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc HR projects, including researching, collecting, and analysing information.At Babcock, we have a history of helping talent go far.   • Proven success in a similar Personal Assistant, Business Support, Office Manager or Coordinator role
  • Ability to decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when
