The business works with many fortune 500 companies globally and is experiencing hyper growth.The Role:You will join a small and friendly performance testing team working as part of a substantial larger QA team and will be working collaboratively alongside developers and product managers daily. As a performance tester, you will be following Agile QA practices and will maintain, enhance, and document the performance and scalability testing for the organisations innovative and fast evolving products. This will require you to monitor the performance of web applications under test from a database and hardware utilisation perspective, as well as the responsiveness of the applications under varying degrees of load.About You:You will have a strong background in the performance testing space and will be a team player who strives for technical excellence. Ideally, you will have experience working in an Agile development environment and you will enjoy sharing your ideas and making recommendations. When Performance Testing they rely heavily on automation, Selenium or otherwise so you must have a background in creation and maintenance of automation frameworks.Requirements:Experience performance testing web-based services and applications / APIsExperience working with performance test tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Visual StudioHands on automation experience and conceptual knowledge of automation frameworksImplementing and using various tools suitable for automating .NET applications in virtualised test environmentsThis organisation strongly believes that having an enjoyable and rewarding environment is the best way to achieve their business goals.
