Role at a glance -People PartnerThis contract (April 2022June 2023) comes in two exciting partsleading on re-imagining our people policies and frameworks to align with our purpose, values and people promise and covering the People Partner for our CustomerContact Centre in Warrington.This is a unique chance to combine your partnering experience with a progressive piece of work on our policies. As people professionals we know the part policies playthey are enabling frameworks at best and blockers at their worse! We want to re-imaginethem and the part they play in our workplace.What youll be doingPolicy/Framework Project
  • You will immerse yourself in understanding what policies we currently have at IAGL and learn about who we are e.g. our values, people promise and purpose
  • Using this knowledge, you will build out how we re-imagine our policies; this could range from starting again to development of what we have or somewhere in between!
  • You will then create the policies themselves, working with people team colleagues to understand wider implications e.g. on current ways of working to ensure everything aligns
People Partner from August 2022
  • This role is critical in leading and delivering dynamic people solutions in this customer facing, dynamic and fast paced area of IAGL.
  • Youll bring thought leadership and expertise to the table and stimulate thinking to consider and deliver progressive people solutions.
  • Annual colleague experience milestones and touchpoints sit within the remit of this role as you would expect.
  • As a key member of the people team, you will work with colleagues across the team to build, collaborate and lead on initiatives within the People Plan.
What were looking for
  • Were looking for a talented hands-on People Partner who has the capability to span not only pragmatic and practical delivery in a customer contact centre environment but also longer-term innovative thinking about HR solutions to meet business opportunitiesand challenges
  • Youll have expertise in developing as well as working with HR policies, but if you havent been part of the thinking and development of policies before youll bring an eagerness to get stuck in and lead on this piece of work
  • Youll have the ability to build and develop strong, collaborative relationships with all colleagues but want to, this is incredibly important for us at IAGL
  • Have intellectual curiosity, bringing valuable insight into the team / business
  • Youll be a brilliant dot joiner and will use it to fit the pieces of the puzzle together to ensure we enable a great colleague experience
  • Youll relish being part of a talented people team where youll contribute with your expertise, and youll be an important part of our people team community and mission
  • Were moving to agile across all business areas and were building our knowledge and experience to work in this way in the People Team- you dont need to be a ready-made expert but will have the growth mindset needed to move to this way of working whereappropriate
What we can offer youOur Blend is our interpretation of hybrid working, where our colleagues are empowered to choose the location for them to produce their best work. Based on your to-do list, colleagues either choose the office or home working that day. We expect this willmean roughly half your time will be at home and the other half in one of the offices.For this role you can either be based from our Central London office or our Birchwood, Warrington office.
