Page Personnel are thrilled to be working with one of the largest independent Retail companies in the UK to recruit for a Pensions Assistant on a full time permanent basis. If you are someone who has experience working within Pensions/Payroll this is anamazing opportunity for you!Client DetailsOur client has one of the most well established and respected businesss throughout the UK. They have over 10k staff and have over 1400 shops throughout the UK. They offer an amazing benefits package and their office is based in Birchwood in Warrington.DescriptionThe main responsibilities of the Pensions Assistant are:

  • Support and ensure company pension contributions are correctly processed through the payroll
  • Have a good understanding of Workplace Pension Reform
  • Process opt-in, opt-out and stop requests from employees
  • Answer employee queries regarding pensions
  • Ensure the contributions are correctly adjusted for those on mat leave
  • Monitor Nest portal mailbox and act on notifications
  • Assist with the pension scheme build in the ResourceLink system
  • Submit the total pension contributions for each scheme to the provider in a timely manner.
ProfileThe successful Pensions Assistant will posses:
  • Experience of working with pensions
  • High attention to detail and record keeping skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Fully competent in MS Office, in particular Excel
  • Ideally familiar with ResourceLink software
  • Excellent communication skills
