Job Description

Page Personnel are working with a global manufacturing business situated in Warrington, who are now recruiting for a payroll administrator to join a team of 15. My client is offering 4 days home working with full equipment provided and 1 day in the officealong with extremely flexible working hours.Client DetailsHaving been formed for over 100 years, the company has taken up responsibility for the maintenance and manufacturing of infrastructure that underpins and supports economic growth on a national scale.DescriptionReporting directly into the Payroll Manager, the key duties for the Payroll Advisor are:

  • Processing of monthly payroll
  • Dealing with Payroll queries and checking of payroll transactions to ensure accuracy
  • Calculating VAT, SSP/ SMP and SPP
  • RTI reporting, including data validation submitting FPS/EPS
  • Auto- Enrolment
  • Payroll reporting and dealing with Payroll processes
ProfileA successful candidate for the payroll administrator role consists of someone who is:
  • Experienced in a similar occupation
  • Organised individual
  • Good team player
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience using ERP system
