Job Description

RotheramCarrington Financial Recruitment, have great pleasure in supporting a well known service employer, based in Warrington. Our client is looking for Part Qualified Management Accountant to join their experienced finance team. With studysupport provided to become fully qualified, the role offers the opportunity for career progression within the team or within the wider business.Reporting into the Financial Director, key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Supporting in the preparation of management accounts
  • Undertake financial analysis to support/drive the commercial objectives of the business
  • Improve and develop the quality and efficiency of financial and management information required throughout the business
  • Supporting in the preparation of the P&L, balance sheet analysis and commentary
  • Supporting operational and financial management through reporting, forecasting, and management of financial performance
  • Continuous process improvement to improve accuracy, detail and timeliness of reporting & forecasting processes
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting
Skills and Experience:
  • Part qualified CIMA with the desire to progress to becoming fully qualified with study support provided
  • Relevant management accounting experience
  • Strong IT and Excel skills
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and proactivity
  • A strong and eager team player, with ability to communicate financial matters clearly and confidently, with non finance stakeholders
Salary/ Benefits:
  • £30,000 to £42,000 per annum
