Job Description

Adecco Warrington are recruiting for an Operations Manager for a thriving manufacturing company located in Wigan on a permanent basis.You will be working 40 hours a week (8:00am - 5:00pm) Monday to Friday for a salary of £24,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.You will experience a range of different areas within the company such as, Planning, Purchasing and Customer Services.Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and reviewing stock levels
  • Expediting orders
  • Liaising with UK and overseas suppliers
  • Managing stock enquiries from customers and the sales department
  • Management responsibility, and applying new skills to create an supportive environment
Desired Experience and Skills:
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • Upper Second Class Honour degree obtained within the last 5 years
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Good understanding of business processes relevant to manufacturing, customer service, purchasing and logistics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
