Role: Maintenance TechnicianRate: £36 per hour - £61 per hour depending on shiftShift: 3-shift rotationIR35 Status: IR35We are looking to hire multiple Maintenance Engineers with a diverse skill set in either Electrical or Mechanical disciplines, preferably with experience in conveyor, automated, or fast-paced environments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure optimalefficiency of all production and ancillary machinery, equipment, and power systems.Key Performance Indicators:- Reliability and performance of equipment- Plant Maintenance, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Qualifications and Experience:- Possess formal qualifications relevant to your engineering discipline- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of automotive machinery- Expertise in either Mechanical, Electrical, or Pneumatics- Capability to work independently during preventive maintenance activities and line monitoring, yet collaborate with a team during major issues.Ideal Skills/Knowledge:- Conducting electrical machinery audits- Monitoring manufacturing equipment to eliminate electrical risks- Identifying areas of suboptimal equipment performance and collaborating with a team to implement controlled and measurable improvements- Competency in executing Preventative Maintenance activities to a high standard, documenting findings, and proposing improvement methods.If you are interested in this position, kindly apply through this job listing by submitting your most current CV.
