Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias)Warrington£38,000 + 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Overtime Opportunities + Company Pension.Three Shift Pattern.Maintenance Engineer required for a UK leading manufacturer within the Warrington area who are now in a period of expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity to be based on a new site and to join a progressive company that can offer great job security and longevity in these uncertain times.To apply for the Maintenance Engineer role you will ideally need to have experience working within any high volume manufacturing environment and have a sound mechanical knowledge. Youll need to have a strong background in mechanical repairs of production and manufacturing equipment/ machinery.As the Maintenance Engineer you will work in a small team of 3 engineers on shift and you will work towards a planned maintenance schedule to strip down equipment, fault find in breakdowns, and pneumatic repairs. This role will be a mix of PPM and reactive mechanical maintenance on manufacturing equipment.This is a new role due to expansion and also a great chance to join a developing company and one which is a UK leader within a competitive industry, that can also offer a steady and stable career progression.The Maintenance Engineer role:* Planned Maintenance as well as reactive.* Mechanical repairs of production equipment.* Three Shift Pattern.The Maintenance Engineer:* Ideally have experience in a high volume manufacturing environment.* Sound mechanical knowledge of pneumatics.* Candidates with an engineering qualification will be held at an advantage.
