Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Social Media Manager to join our marketing team at American Golf. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and delivering the social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok. The Junior Social Media Manager will work closely with the Campaign Manager and marketing team to create engaging and impactful social media campaigns that drive engagement and business objectives.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Set measurable goals and objectives for campaigns, and report on ROI to help analyse the long-term needs of the companys social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management team
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content dailyMonitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Develop weekly reports on emerging social media trends, competitor activity and channel performance
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviewsDraft short, snappy captions to be used across a range of platforms
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience using analytics tools to track and measure social media performance
  • Self-Motivated
  • The ability to work within a team and independently
  • Good communication skills
