Job Description

Junior AdministratorWarrington£21k-£23k per annumImmediate StartWe are recruiting for a once in a lifetime opportunity for an Administrator to support the Office of a National Construction Organisation in Warrington.The role is extremely varied where no two days will be the same, this is a brilliant opportunity for a superb administrator who wants to be the go-to person and take on extra responsibility to ensure the running of the office goes smoothly on a day-to-daybasis.The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director and will need to be able to take full ownership of the office duties and tasks.Day to Day to Responsibilities:

  • Act as an internal point of contact for office management related queries.
  • Act as internal point of contact for office supplier relationships e.g. Insurances and Landlords
  • Manage the office environment to ensure its maintained to a high standard, including
  • cleaning, and repairs and maintenance.
  • Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of office stationery and equipment.
  • Manage external storage solutions and facilities, when required.
  • Maintain compliance across all fire, office health and safety and security legislation.
  • Coordinate regular appliance and equipment testing (e.g. portable appliances, fire
  • alarms, extinguishers, etc.).
  • Book Travel and Accommodation for Contractors.
  • Purchasing of materials.
  • Processing payments
Skills and Experience required:
  • Good working knowledge of IT
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other
  • commonly used office packages.
  • Organised and detail oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
