Job Description

Are you an experienced account manager looking for a new role with the opportunity to earn up to £50,000 paWe have just that opportunity here at The Optionis GroupThe Optionis Group is one of the UKs most successful professional services companies. Through our brands, we specialise in managing tax, employment (umbrella), accountancy and legislative compliance for the UKs small businesses and contingent workforce- our solutions are market leading, and were always looking out for the best possible employees.We are currently looking to expand within our key account sales teamsAs an Account Manager you will work together with a Key Account Director and field based Key Account Manager to service and grow a portfolio of our large accounts. Under the direction of the Key Account Director, you will build and nurture relationshipswith a wide range of stakeholders within the key accounts, in order to grow the referring consultants base. You will be the main point of contact for all service-related queries on the accounts, as well as ensuring that all stakeholders understand our internalprocesses.Role Profile

  • You will be predominantly office or home based with requirement to attend meetings in HQ.
  • You will ensure a high level of sales activity in the three key areas of maintenance, development and generation.
  • You will develop and execute nurturing activities across the accounts, with the support from marketing.
  • You will conduct activities as directed by the Key Account Director to ensure account plan targets are achieved.
  • You will be responsible for the cleansing and maintenance of any account data in the portfolio.
  • You are responsible for educating the accounts in the portfolio on our internal processes and correct where necessary.
  • You will be the main point of escalation between Parasol/Clearsky operations and the accounts.
  • You will understand agency business needs and objectives whilst gaining maximum available market share.
  • You will be jointly accountable for the attainment of bespoke revenue and profit targets.
  • You will stay abreast of relevant regulations and legislations in order to add value to our agencies.
  • You have an excellent understanding of all relevant products and services within the Optionis group to ensure they promote where relevant.
  • Your KPIs will be on sales activities, satisfaction scores and your measure of success will be growth in referrals and joiner numbers.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Experience in a sales environment, ideally as a key account manager working with account plans.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer centric attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to execute a high volume of outbound sales phone activity.
  • Ability to focus on processes, and experience with salesforce CRM.
