People Business Partner Interim for 3-4 months - Potential to be permanent Full time Home based - requirement to be Warrington/Birmingham once a week/fortnight up to £50kAre you available immediately and an experienced Business PartnerThe People Business Partner will work with the Head of People to implement and deliver a people strategy focused on creating a culture of high performance and positive challenge within the organisation.Key responsibilities include nut not limited to:- Partnering with your business areas leadership and senior management teams to drive excellence in Talent, Organisation design, Change, Reward and Employee Relations. - Drive and implement the people strategy in your business areas. - Assist with creating development plans for the management teams, analysing the outputs of performance reviews and creating a training needs analysis. - Share knowledge of people tools, frameworks, dashboards and initiatives to ensure awareness within the business.We are looking for:- Proven background working as a solid HR Generalists. - Strong influencing and coaching skills. - Strong facilitation skills. - Ability to drive change with effective project and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent written and communication skills.If you are available immediately and interested in the role, get in touch!
