Inside Sales Account Manager:Our client is the UKs most exciting and fast growing full fibre infrastructure providers! Leaders in their field, they have many industry awards to their name and work with hundreds of businesses nationwide!Having recently secured a major investment, they have supercharged their build pace and have ambitious growth plans for the business.They now have an amazing opportunity for ambitious and driven graduates to join their team as Inside Sales Account Managers! You will develop relationships and drive new business through the companys 100 inside accounts.Benefits:

Role:The Inside Sales Account Manager will play a key role in leading the relationship with a number of the companys inside sales accounts.The role will take responsibility for developing relationships and delivering our revenue and volume targets through c.100 inside sales partner accounts.
  • Operates as an effective and collaborative member of the wider Go to Market sales team
  • Delivery of all sales targets including TCV, Orders, ARPU and retention. Balancing revenue growth opportunities with company profit objectives across the team, qualifying effectively and aligning opportunities to our strategic goals
  • Maintain and grow current revenue streams through partner relationships, ensuring high levels of customer experience and retention
  • Lead on Partner & Customer Retention for your account base
  • Identification, qualification, and development of current and future market opportunities
  • Driving continuous improvements for your partners, indirectly managing numerous internal stakeholders to ensure we have a best in class partner sales model and approach
  • Identifying and managing risks & issues, minimising the impact to customers and the business. Acting as a point of escalation for partner issues, where necessary as cover for the Inside Sales Manager
  • Leads by example, role models behaviours in line with the company values
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
