We currently have a vacancy for a Team Leader to join our HR Shared Services team working 37.5 hours Monday – Friday, on a Fixed Term Contract until January 2022 out of our Warrington office.As our HR Shared Service Team Leader your primary responsibilities will be oversee an efficient and effective service and support the team in delivering a customer focused service, that meets SLA’s, and works on continuous improvement to ensure the aims of the business are achieved.Within this Fixed Term Contract opportunity for the HRSS Team Leader you will provide day to day supervision of HRSS team and workload through effective management of core HR/payroll processes while Overseeing a customer focused administrative/transactional function that meets service standards, SLA’s and KPI’s.You will provide first line guidance on HR policies and be able to direct managers and colleagues to the correct processes and support recruitment & on-boarding processes where necessary. You should have high level understanding of HR issues, process and procedure together with knowledge of statutory requirements, with in depth knowledge of transactional processes (preferably gained in a HR environment) to enable interpretation for policy and guidance to customers.This is an extremely fast paced role and therefore, previous experience within a complex and senior role is an advantage while supervising a small team is a further advantage. It is desired that you have a CIPD qualification thought not fully essential.Good attention to detail is essential for the post of Team Leader along with excellent organisational and effective communication skills.
