HR Manager, Warrington, Permanent, £42,000 - £45,000 plus excellent benefits.Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage their HR function.As HR Manager you will report into the Directors of the business and have sole responsibility for the HR function in a generalist role covering the entire life cycle from starters to leavers. Ideally you will have gained your experience from within a Law/Legalfirm or a professional services organisation. Working alongside the Senior Leadership Team, you will help drive the HR agenda whilst providing full responsibility and support to wider business. You will be responsible for providing a robust and accurate service to both managers and employees. You willneed an engaging style coupled with extensive experience of delivering legislatively sound advice in order to support line managers across all aspects of the HR remit including recruitment, learning & development, termination, performance management, absencemanagement, employee relations, reward and HR best practice. An experienced HR professional you will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives to help them achieve their businessobjectives.A solid, well-rounded generalist, you are a robust, resilient, passionate, influential, proactive and an ambitious self-starter with a creative and collaborative approach. You will have a solid understanding of HR best practice and the ability to influenceand develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business. This role would suit an HR Manager or a Senior HR Advisor who is ready and looking to take the next steps in to management. Ideally you will be level 5 CIPD qualified as a minimum.
