Job Description

Page Personnel are working in partnership with a key Public Sector organisation to recruit for a HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. The HR Business Partner will build effective relationships with senior leaders in thebusiness and ensure people resource issues are considered as part of all significant decision making across the organisation.Client DetailsA highly regarded Public Sector organisation, focusing on the regulation and sustainability within its field of focus.DescriptionResponsibilities of the HR Business Partner:

  • Work closely with managers to ensure that management practice and company policies are aligned
  • Provide support across a range of HR issues
  • Participate in and lead relevant projects
  • Identify training needs and undertake training and development courses when needed
  • Keep up to date with external trends and internal and external best practice, and continue to drive improvements in practice and policy across the organisation
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring legal risks and regulatory compliance are complied with
  • Undertake additional duties, as required, from time to time
ProfileThe successful candidate will have:
  • MCIPD, or equivalent educational achievement (Level 7) or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Great generalist understanding of the HR function with knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines (employee engagement and wellbeing, performance management, diversity etc.)
  • Experience working with managers to create positive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with and leading people from all levels of an organisation
  • Experience resolving complex employee relations issues
