Job Description

HR ADVISOR WARRINGTON£34,000 + EXCELLENT BENEIFITS*** IMMEDIATE START (8 WEEKS TEMP TO PERM) ***REED HR are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and growing business who requires extra cover and are looking to recruit an experienced ER AdvisorIf you have previous experience within HR Advisor, Employee Relations, ER Caseworker, HR Manager or HR Business Partner and specialised in ER and looking to for a new role within a market leading company, then send your CV in for immediate consideration ASAP!THE ROLE:

  • Providing ER support and advice for formal meetings e.g., Disciplinary/Appeal hearings including planning and preparing for said meetings, arranging for minutes to be taken, collating information, and providing advice to the Chair.
  • Developing effective approaches in conjunction with Regional People Advisors and People Partners to deal with complex staffing issues in individual teams, advising on trends and collating reports and resolution ideas.
  • Assisting on projects with the Regional People Advisors and People Partner team to improve existing working practices and procedures, researching best practice as required and working collaboratively with colleagues from different People teams.
  • Assisting with the research and preparation of training materials for courses/workshops as requested by People Partners and Regional People Advisors
  • Ensuring that the volume of ER casework is managed in a pro-active and timely manner in accordance with Ways of Working and SLAs.
  • Production and monitoring of casework metrics and key performance indicators, providing reports to the People Partners.
  • Responsible for the amendment and updating of policies when instructed by the People Consultant / People Director.
THE PERSON:
  • Previous experience in HR/ER, knowledge of employment legislation
  • Demonstrative experience as an HR professional in a advisory capacity
  • CIPD 3/5 qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Coaching and feedback skills
  • Team management
  • MS Office skills and ability to learn ER Systems
