Job Description

Our mission is simple to help the world love Mondays!We are working with a major local authority in Warrington, Birchwood areawho are looking for a HR Admin assistant to join their team.You will provide a comprehensive support service to our client in relation to all HR and Resourcing matters.This includes general day to day maintenance and management and system administration of the computerised Duty Management System (DMS) and provision of all support services relating to Human Resources.

  • £12.37 PAYE + 12.07% holiday pay accrued on top
  • £15.94 Umbrella rate should you opt for this tax status
  • 9/12 month initial contract with the potential of being extended
  • Office based, no hybrid working with this role.
Essential criteria
  • Previous experience in an Office environment preferably HR with experience and knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • IT literate with competence and knowledge of MS Office packages.
  • Undertake all administration in relation to resourcing matters including recruitment and selection, attendance management, resignations, retirements, flexible working applications, transfers and promotions.
  • The ability to work flexibly and deliver effectively during periods of pressure and prioritise in order to meet required deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and good oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
Desirable Requirements
  • Knowledge of Force IT systems. CIPD Level 3
