Job Description

Certas Energy are recruiting for a Head of Speciality Projects working within our Core business unit. Working 37.5 hours a week, the role is Field Based.The Head of Speciality Projects will be responsible for achieving sales goals of specialist projects through direct personal sales to national and key customers through effective matrix management of sales representatives in the regions. Working closelywith the marketing and product development team, this role would also bring new projects under the banner of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Energy transition, Carbon Reduction and other key strategic Core projects like HS2 and management of Region to Nationalcustomer opportunities.Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Client and Customer Management
  • Data Collection & Analysis
  • Operational Management
  • Customer and Market analysis
Qualifications/Experience required:
  • University / Post Graduate Degree
  • Prior experience as a Project Lead
  • Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
  • Business standard of written and verbal literacy
  • A high standard of interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised
