Head of Sales£45,000 - £50,000 + Commission StructureHead Office Warrington with weekly regional travel.The OpportunityMy client is a growing regional supplier of high-quality residential carpets and flooring solutions. They are a pioneer in innovative payment solutions that benefit their customers and owing to their exemplary end-to-end customer service, they have developedrepeat business and a strong customer reputation.The Role• To manage a growing team of self-employed Sales/Estimating agents• Defining and communicating KPIs and targets.• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviours• Develop strategies to boost Sales in the new markets.• Make data-driven decisions to optimise the Companys commercial performance consistently.• Lead by example – out with the team providing in-field training.• Liaise with the Customer Service team to optimise appointments and digital enquiries.• Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier Sales professionals with a focus on building a high-performing team.• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Sales/Estimator team.• Sales Reporting• Design and manage commission schemes that incentivise and reward performance• Consistent performance management of the sales team.• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and campaigns.About You• Proven experience in a senior sales management role is essential.• Ideally you will have managed field based Sales Representatives.• Any experience in the home improvement or flooring industry would be advantageous but not essential.• Strong record of recruiting, developing, and leading successful Sales teams.• Excellent communication (oral and written), negotiation, and people skills.Job Benefits• Competitive salary up to £50,000.• Company car.• Performance-based incentives.• Opportunities for professional development and advancement.• Collaborative and dynamic work environment.• Autonomy in the role
