Job Description

This role is all about Digital service delivery and continuous improvement and links the team under a common objective of delivering best practice Digital service delivery, ultimately delivering a world class Digital solution for internals users, clients and vendors.

  • Responsible for maintaining and execution of the IESA Digital Strategic Roadmap.
  • Provide Digital input on a wide variety of internal and external projects, proactively consider Digital improvements that can drive efficiencies in the business and continually improve client service.
  • Creating plans and delivering required changes to the Digital systems so they support the groups international growth ambitions.
  • Working with the leadership team to review existing Digital systems to facilitate enhanced efficiencies internally.
  • Ensure that the requirements of the business are understood, the strategy and plans for Digital are clearly communicated and the overall Digital roadmap and priorities within his/her areas of responsibility are clearly articulated and agreed.
  • Work closely with the business and key stakeholders to understand and support their goals.
  • Ensure alignment to the IT Compliance and governance framework and provide appropriate input to and management of Digital Costs.
  • Manage Digital revenue and capital budgets/forecasts, maintenance, support agreements and renewals
