* Group Treasury role driving Group toward its strategic goals* Ambitious growth plans* Excellent Management structureThis is a superb Group Treasurer position to work with an exciting company, who have a very strong customer loyalty & brand engagement and are now embarking on a refreshed & reinvigorated growth plan. They have recently undergone some changes across the management team, and now have a collective view for strategic growth which hinges on the quality of its people and continued process improvements across the Group.Reporting to the Group CFO, this commercial Group Treasury position will be pivotal and central in driving the group towards its strategic goals. It is a role in which the company depend on an experienced Treasury professional who demonstrates excellent commercial awareness, technical know-how, initiative, stakeholder management and solid relationship building qualities. You will bring warm relationships with banking contacts and evidence of positively influencing productive change in financial & operational processes.Responsibilities will include:* Responsibility for the Group Treasury Function, including operational delivery and strategic direction.* Managing a team of direct and indirect reports who run the day to day operational treasury responsibilities.* Taking a central, "helicopter view" role to co-ordinate between and manage senior stakeholders.* Implementation and continued improvement of Group Treasury systems.* Ownership of complex debt structuring, maximising working capital.* Maintain & Improve banking relationships* Take a lead role in any Corporate Finance engagements from a treasury perspective and take responsibility for due-diligence.* Partnering with the wider business to bring about proactive change in operational processes* Managing key banking relationships & working proactively to ensure issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently* Manage Assistant Treasurer and offer continued support in reviewing cash and treasury operational processes & share/ encourage ideas to support change* A strong willingness to be involved in Ad hoc project work, outside of your core responsibilities and supporting the commercial business on new contracts and negotiations, leasing or legal.The ideal profile the team are looking for would include:* ACT qualified* Extensive experience within a Senior treasury position, ideally in a fast-paced growing organisation and with experience of transactions.* Can-do attitude, drive, determination to succeed.* Ability to influence, work on own initiative and be creative. * Confident communicator, and proactive in getting out to stakeholders and working in collaboration to make progressive change* The business welcomes applications from a diverse pool of professionals, please note the applicant must be able to work in the UK and be comfortable working in the North-West .
