Graduate Surveyors - Warrington (OFFICE BASED)Up to 24000 + APC Training (RICS) + Benefits

Leading Surveying Consultancy with offices across the UK are looking for a Graduate Surveyor to join the business academy, receive full training including starting their APC.The Graduate Surveyor will support Surveyors in the acquisition of land and or buildings on behalf of Network Operators across the UK. Work will cover Cost/Contract Negotiation, Planning Applications and assisting in project design submissions.To apply you will require the following:
  • Degree and/or Masters ideally in an Estate or Property related discipline.
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written.
  • Full driving license
Any commercial or academic experience in Land Management or Site Acquisition would be beneficial, but specific training on the sector will cover all aspects of the process.
