Job Description

Graduate Surveyor -Warrington£23000-£25000 + APC training + BenefitsTelecoms Consultancy are growing once again having taken on new offices and have several positions for graduates looking to work within the built environment.The Graduate Surveyor roles would suit candidates who have covered modules through their academic studies such as land management, land acquisition, valuation, property development and planning applications. Please note this is not a Building or QuantitySurveyor position.Experienced required

  • Degree and/or Masters in an estate management, property or planning discipline.
  • Ideally a full driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking to customers on the phone.
  • Desire to learn a new market and commence APC training.
Our client work with network operators identifying sites to be acquired and then assist the landowners and developers through the acquisition and planning process with the ultimate aim of erecting new phone towers to increase mobile phone coverage acrossthe UK.The Graduate Surveyor will assist with the acquisition process speaking to clients, local authorities and assisting in contract and cost negotiation. Specific training will be offered as well as a senior mentor to work alongside.This is the perfect role for a graduate looking for a role with progression, a variety of work and a lively working environment.
