Job Description

Graduate Surveyor or Graduate Planner - Warrington (OFFICE BASED)£23000-£25000 + APC training + BenefitsLeading Business Consultancy are growing once again. Having gone through an office refurb they are now looking for Graduates who are interested in working in the surveying or planning sector to join the business, receive full training (including APC) andan excellent benefits package including a structured career path.The Graduate Surveyor or Graduate Planner role would suit candidates who have covered modules through their academic studies such as land management, land acquisition, valuation, property development and planning applications.Experienced required

  • Degree and/or Masters in an estate management, property or planning discipline.
  • Ideally a full driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking to customers on the phone.
  • Desire to learn a new market and commence APC training.
Our client work with network operators identifying sites to be acquired and then assist the landowners and developers through the acquisition and planning process with the aim of erecting new phone towers to increase mobile phone coverage across the UK.The Graduate Surveyor or Graduate Planner will assist with the acquisition process speaking to clients, local authorities and assisting in contract and cost negotiation. Specific training will be offered as well as a senior mentor to work alongside.This is the perfect role for a graduate looking for a role with progression, a variety of work and a lively working environment.
