Job Description

Graduate Surveyor - Warrington - £20000-£24000 + BenefitsA leading Telecommunications Provider are looking for a capable Graduate Acquisition Surveyor. This candidate will have the opportunity to liaise and negotiate with large network operators.Have you recently graduated in the following degrees

  • Land & Property Management
  • Town & Regional Planning
  • Urban Planning
  • Real Estate with Urban Planning
  • Property Development
  • Estate Management
  • Or something similar
This may be the perfect role for you.The Graduate Surveyors role will include:
  • Supporting customers with land acquisition.
  • Cost negotiation with network operators.
  • Identifying where upgrades are necessary and liaising with land/building owners to arrange this.
