Job Description

Graduate Acquisition Surveyor- South West Manchester£21000-£24000 + Bens + Full TrainingAcquisition and Planning Consultancy who specialise in the Mobile Telecoms sector are looking for a graduate level surveyor who is interested in breaking into the acquisition market and work out of their offices near Manchester.To apply the successful Graduate Acquisition Surveyor will need the following

  • Degree and/or Masters in a build environment ideally planning, property or estate management (RTPI or RICS)
  • Ideally have covered a module in land management with perhaps some understanding of acquisition.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Be keen to commence their APC training
Main duties for the Graduate Acquisition Surveyor will include
  • To work with leading mobile network operators identifying land or buildings that can be acquired for phone or roof top masts.
  • Network with existing developers and land owners identifying sites for upgrade.
  • Actively assist in the negotiation of the lease including the planning application and interacting with local authorities.
  • Attend team meetings and ensure project work is submitted to a constant high standard.
