Job Description

Company DescriptionCulina Group, a well established leader in the logistics market is recruiting for a Fleet Administrator on a permanent basis to be based at our Warrington site.Following several years of accelerated growth Culina Group now a £2.2 billion turnover business, employing over 22,000 staff, with a fleet of more than 2500 vehicles. Culina Group operates from over 100 depots across the UK and Ireland, serving more than650 + clients over its framework of chilled, ambient, contract packaging solutions and fresh and baked goods.The Fleet Administrator will actively manage and liaise with maintenance suppliers with regard to breakdowns, repairs and the maintenance of fleet tractor units and trailers.Shift Pattern: Monday-FridayJob DescriptionMain Responsibilities of the Fleet Administrator:

  • To provide administrative support to the Fleet Management team and assist with the day-to-day operation of a busy & diverse office
  • Assist with driverline calls when volumes peak
  • Working with internal & external departments to communicate relevant information
  • Assist in the investigation of insurance claims
  • Arranging Fuel payments
  • Update and maintain MyFleet
  • Deal with fines, penalties, tolls & infringements
  • Issue all vehicles and company cars with fuel cards & company tags whilst updating systems
  • Project assistance
  • Fleet administration
  • Checking and reconciling supplier invoices
  • Coding and checking invoices are accurate
  • Dealing with all purchase order number enquiries
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve any queries
  • Help to manage mailbox
  • Chasing suppliers for job updates
  • Working with internal and external departments to communicate relevant information
  • Guaranteeing everything is maintained to a satisfactory standard required to support the smooth operation of our business
  • Any other CAM related tasks
Qualifications
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
  • Administration related experience in a similar environment
  • Competency with Excel, Word, Outlook, along with accurate keyboard skills is essential
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail
  • Commitment and motivated, with sound problem solving skills to drive improvement in performance
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Good interpersonal skills and capable of operating as part of a team
  • Ability to work with limited supervision within fixed guidelines
  • Confident in dealing with people at all levels
