Your next role is a Fleet Administrator working for a well-respected logistics company based in Appleton, Warrington. You will be working Monday to Friday from the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm at £25,000 per annum, you will get free car parking includedwith free food from the onsite restaurant and a 28-day holiday package! Your own transport is essential due to the locationAs a Fleet Administrator you will be ensuring that the admin and compliance functions are achieved and carried out to the highest standard through a positive and flexible approachWhat youll be doing as a Fleet Administrator* Logging defects with suppliers * Uploading repair details and closing jobs on inhouse system. * Chasing suppliers for job updates * Compliance - Service & LOLER booking/monitoring * Weekly data inputting * Ordering parts * Helping to manage mailbox. * Keep up to date with news items and process updates as detailed on the ESL Intranet system. * Working with internal and external departments to communicate relevant information * Guaranteeing everything is maintained to a satisfactory standard required to support the smooth operation of our business. * Update and maintain MyFleet - inhouse system * Shadowing members of the MHE Team, to learn and develop your existing skills. * Assist in any projects as directed by the Fleet management team. * Any other admin duties, in line with the pay grade. as deemed What were looking for in a Fleet Administrator* Administration related experience in a similar environment * Competent with Excel, Word, Outlook, along with accurate keyboard skills is essential * Good level of numeracy and literacy * Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail * Commitment and motivated, with sound problem solving skills to drive improvement in performance * Able to use own initiative * Good interpersonal skills and capable of operating as part of a team * Ability to work with limited supervision within fixed guidelines * Confident in dealing with people at all levels * Logistics experience would be preferred* Your own transport is essential due to the location What youll get in return as Fleet Administrator* £25,000 pern annum * Temp to permanent contract * 28 holidays excluding bank holidays * Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm* Free car parking * Free food and drinks from the onsite restaurant If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV to us today!We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
