The Customers & Products finance team has restructured quite substantively and is supporting business ambitions in the following ways:Deploying financial capability aligned with businessdemand and structure. The C&P Finance organisation design has a single point of accountability on entity leadership teams to ensure effective partnering and appropriate controls and compliance across the C&P businesses as well as securing clear alignment relatedto business aims and ambitions.Centralising the finance teams in support of Customers and Products enables the function to restructure, standardize and remove duplication and drive value through digital initiatives.The UK CBM/GFO Analyst supports the FinanceManager with the Planning, Performance insight and Reporting of the UK business performance. Using strong technical capabilities in performance reporting and integrated business planning, working with relevant teams across the business to effectively coordinatea range of finance activities and assisting in the delivery of the financial strategy to drive outstanding business results.Key Accountabilities:Responsible for and delivers the in-year forecast and annual Planning process; Provide support to 5-year planninghorizon as neededResponsible for the production all materials to support monthly and quarterly performance reviews at different levels of the organisation Accountable for the consolidated business forecasting (GFO) process, variance bridges and functions allocation(local and group allocated charges) processes.Accountable for facilitation of the business management planning & performance reporting process.Accountable for projects planning through the business management (CBM) process ensuring full integration with otherprocesses and alignment with stakeholdersManages register of business risks and opportunities (V&Os)Reviewing performance through multiple lens with a bias for qualitative insights to ensure that the business is appraised of external trends, competitor activities,dynamic market insights to enable timely response in service of in-year & long-term goals Provide quality business level commentary on performanceDevelops the availability of timely & insightful MI through Power BI reports Drives the continuous improvement,standardisation and simplification across the core planning & performance processes Essential Education:A Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or AccountingCrucial Experience and Job Requirements:Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship managementskills to enable effective collaborationAbility to interpret and communicate financial information with transparency provide insights to deliver business improvement and to optimise and protect valueAbility to build insights from data analysis and challengethe status quoDesirable Criteria:Self-starter with an ability to prioritise and work independently with limited guidanceStrong numerical and analytic skills, business acumen and understanding of business drivers.Experience of convenience or consumer (B2C)business Bias for continuous improvement and experience of agile working methodologies Understanding of forecasting components, drivers and levers, of customer needs Understanding of system controls, financial controls and risk assessment including an understandingof how Finance processes and systems operateKnowledge of Power BI or other Microsoft o365 applications (Powerapps, Power automate)EntityFinanceJob Family GroupFinance GroupRelocation availableNoTravel requiredNoTime TypeFull timeCountryUnited KingdomAboutBPCUSTOMER AND PRODUCTSWere gearing up for the future.
