Job Description

Job title: Field Sales RepresentativeLocation: Warrington/CheshireJob type: Full time, Mon-FriSalary: £22k base + commission - realistic OTE of £35-40k within the first 12-24 months; uncapped commissionQualifications: Full UK driving licenceWe are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team at Autosmart Warrington. No previous sales experience required as full training and licence upgrade will be provided.The Field Sales Rep will be visiting new and existing customers within a defined area to sell the full range of Autosmart products by demonstrating and providing full vehicle cleaning and valeting solutions.Responsibilities include:

  • Learning the Autosmart portfolio in depth to understand how we can provide full solutions to customers
  • Growing your territory by hitting realistic KPIs
  • Bringing the products to customers and providing demonstrations in a 12-tonne mobile showroom- full training and licence upgrade will be provided
  • Actively seeking new/potential customers
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have a full driving licence and determination to upgrade to a class 2 licence (fully funded)
  • Be a self-starter and pro-active
  • Enjoy meeting and talking to new/existing customers
  • Be prepared to be practical and hands-on
  • Have experience displaying strong work ethics - previous sales experience not required as full training will be provided
  • Exhibit an interest in vehicle cleaning/valeting products
Realistic renumeration and career path:The role will start with a base salary of £22,000 with realistic commission for earnings of around £35-40k within the first 12-24 months. We will then provide continuous support to employees to further develop your territory and exceed these figures withuncapped commission.About Autosmart:Autosmart manufactures and delivers market-leading vehicle cleaning and hygiene products via a network of franchisees to a vast market place.
