Job Description

Through our brands, we specialise in managing tax, employment, accountancy and legislative compliance for the UK’s small businesses and contingent workforce - our solutions are market leading, and we aim to attract the best talent in the market to continue to build on this position.Due to continued growth and success we are now looking to recruit a Director of Transformational Change.We will considering applicants on both a 2 year FTC basis or permanent appointmentYou will be responsible for leading and driving the delivery of the group’s transformational change programme as determined by the Executive team.Change management is a key focus within this exciting and highly influential role and you will work collaboratively with stakeholders from across the group, to deliver effective business change whilst helping to shape and drive a wide-ranging strategic agenda.The Director of Transformational Change is critical to the success of the group and future roadmap.Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the delivery of high impact, critical and strategic initiatives across the group.
  • Maintain big picture focus and delivery whilst managing the depth across key areas of transformation.
  • Provide strategic transformational change through the delivery of a portfolio of projects.
  • Manage relationships and develop credibility with key senior stakeholders across the group.
  • Take ownership for driving the operational change required to deliver the strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and influence contributors to achieve outputs against the programme deliverables on time and in full.
  • From a technical perspective you will lead projects using innovative, agile and project management tools.
    • Skills and Experience Required:
  • Significant change delivery experience, leading complex transformation projects (end-to-end) within fast-paced organisations.
  • Highly innovative and impactful in both business operating model transformation and technology.
  • Ability to translate strategies into clear programmes and projects for delivery. Consultative and able to communicate ideas clearly to all stakeholders.
  • A demonstrable record of delivery against transformation programme core outcomes and timescales.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • A strong relationship builder who has the ability to adapt their style and gain buy in to deliver results.
  • An excellent communicator with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong, positive track-record of innovation and collaboration - able to work with diverse teams in diverse locations, engaging their input and commitment to success.
