Job Description

We are recruiting for a growing mortgage brokerage/ bridging finance lender who are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing their marketing strategy.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
  • Website content optimisation
  • Create, write and monitor online content including graphics, videos, forums, clickbait and blogs
  • Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
  • Manage GoogleAdWords account
  • Producing marketing print and digital collateral to support sales strategy
  • Manage and prepare marketing budget/plan and implement and report on ROI
  • Managing backlinks, keywords/optimisation and ranking
  • Report on new enquiry success/status and update customer database
  • Research new markets, existing markets and compile new industry databases
  • Manage company communications.
    • THE PERSON:
  • At least 3 years experience in digital marketing
  • Degree in marketing or advertising or similar knowledge
  • High level of competence in SEO, PPC, GoogleAdWords
  • Excellent IT skills; Website CMS (Wordpress, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and a basic HTML and CSS skills)
  • Confident copywriting, editing and design skills
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and work towards tight deadlines
  • Understanding of GDPR, ethics & legalities of sales/marketing
  • Desirable to have knowledge or experience in financial services.
