Job Description

Are you an experienced Demand Planning Specialist looking for their next incredible challenge Do you want to work with a heritage brand as it begins its next exciting chapterThe Advocate Group are proud to be partnering with a leading, legacy CPG organisation as they transition into their new global offering.Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across all brands in the group, leading monthly, quarterly, annual forecasting/ planning.
  • Work with customers to identify needs and potential outcomes
  • Work with all stakeholders to ensure forecasts/ plans are achieved
  • Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance etc to plan and project accurate revenue.
You:
  • Proven demand planning experience, ideally within CPG or manufacturing industries
  • Proven ability to increase efficiency & effectiveness
  • Experience with project management/ demand planning software, ideally Avercast
  • Highly analytical and commercially minded
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • High levels of resilience and robustness
This role will begin remote, before becoming hybrid in the northwest area (3 days onsite).
