Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisorto join our Lubricantsteam, in our Birchwood Park head office.Fixed Term Contract, 12 - 18 months.Working as part of our Lubricants Team, our Customer Service Advisors work in a fast paced environment and face different challenges every single day. Through high performance and putting our customers first, Customer Service Advisors have great prospectsfor progression and additional training opportunities.Our Customer Service Advisors are responsible for maintaining the relationships of our commercial customer base. Handling inbound calls and emails, youll be responsible for the customer journey and ensuring each account is maximised to its full potential.The customers you will assist in this role are our large commercial clients, so great communication skills and customer focus is essential.As a Customer Service Advisor for Certas Energy youll have access to:

  • £20,000 - £22,000 (Based on experience)per annum basic salary

Are you a Certas Energy Customer Service Advisor Were looking for:
  • Minimum of 6 months in a customer serviceenvironment or similar
