Job Description

The purpose of the customer service coordinator is to manage and resolve customer enquiries and handle additional customer and business needs. In addition to this, the customer service coordinator will be the first-line of communications between all stakeholdersthroughout the order process.Client DetailsWe are currently partnering with a global manufacturing company located in the Warrington area. You would be joining a remarkable company who operates with the upmost integrity.DescriptionIn this role you will work closely with customers based worldwide! Youll support your customers from the point of order through to payment and provide an exceptional service throughout. As a Customer Service specialist you will be well connected with internalcolleagues and be confident in your understanding of a typical manufacturing process.This role is a well balanced role and will include both specialist administration and customer service duties.Daily responsibilities for this role, will be:

  • SAP management to process orders
  • Support the resolution centre and assist customer complaint in a timely manner
  • Communicate with customers via email and monitor emails
  • Building trusting relationship with customers
  • Validate export documentation when needed
  • Invoice and raise credits and debits
  • For this role a multilingual candidate would be preferred, please apply if you speak any European languages in addition to English
ProfileThe successful candidate will need previous experience in a business customer management role. Experience in management of export order processes and knowledge of export rules following Brexit. Attention to detail and strong decision making skills will needto be demonstrated.   • Salary range around 30,000-34,000, DOE and Languages
