Job Description

Our client, a market leader within the Utilities industry, is looking to recruit a team of Customer Service Advisors looking to develop their careers within customer service. Theyre looking to grow one of their most important teams by hiring committed, energetic and engaging Customer Service Advisors to work at their offices in Lingley Mere Business Park, Great Sankey, Warrington. The role is based at their fantastic head office, where successful candidates will have access to a variety of onsite facilities including free parking, on-site gym, restaurant and Starbucks. There is also a free shuttle bus running from the town centre of Warrington. Were looking for a diverse range of people from all different backgrounds to fill these vacancies, because its important that the Customer Service Team reflects their diverse customer base.About the role:As a temporary Customer Service Advisor, youre on the front line, delighting customers and solving their problems every day. No two days are ever the same, so youll handle a wide variety of queries and issues relating to metered customer accounts. Youll have the satisfaction of managing customer queries from the first call right through to the resolution of each case. Its your job to help get it right first time, preventing repeat or duplicated contacts by correctly setting customer expectations and demonstrating your expert knowledge (theyll teach you everything you need to know) and offering first class customer service in every interaction.What youll need: Youll need some proven experience delivering exceptional customer service (although this doesnt have to be within a contact centre) and its important you have strong listening and communication skills. You should also be competent in the use of IT systems and be confident implementing their escalation process. Working hours:You will work 37 hours per week. The first 6-8 weeks will be your training period, and you will work between the hours of 9.00am & 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. You will be required to work one of the following shift patterns once training is complete:Pattern 1 - 4 week rolling rota working Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays. You will cover the following shifts 8.00am -4.00pm / 9.00am - 5.00pm /10.00am - 6.00pm & 12.00pm - 8.00pmPattern 2 - Working 4 long days from 10am to 8pm across 4 days between Monday & Friday. Flexible rest day in the week and no weekends.Successful candidates MUST be able to start work on Monday 6th April and have no holidays for at least 6-8 weeks from this date due to training/mentoring commitments.
