Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorWarrington - Shifts between 8:00am-7:30pm - £17,600 PAThe Optionis Group is one of the UK’s most successful professional services companies, and we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Amazing team!

    • As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be joining our team at Parasol, one of our successful brands, and will primarily be responsible for providing advice and guidance to clients.You will be responsible for telephone and email enquiries from existing and new customers, employees and clients and will aim to exceed their expectations on each occasion. This role will be both reactive and proactive, making YOU one of the faces of our brand!What we are looking for:
  • Flexibility to accommodate shifts between 8:00am and 7:30pm
  • Previous experience in a contact centre or fast paced call environment
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Customer focus and the ability to deal with difficult situations when they arise
