Job Description

Possibly the best Customer Service Advisor role we have ever recruited for.Bold statement right!Let me explain...Firstly, youll be offered full training so previous experience within an office isnt required.   • Salary: £23,000
  • Hours: 9AM - 5:30PM, Mon to Fri (1 hour lunch)
  • Location: Warrington - own transport is essential due to the remote location
  • Office based whilst training (first 3 months) then hybrid available: 3 days in the office/2 days WFH
  • Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays (birthday off after first year)

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:
  • Answering inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Booking reservations on behalf of your customers
  • Advising customers of any changes required for their bookings
  • Dealing with complaints
Skills and experience required to be the next Customer Service Advisor:
  • An enthusiastic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new systems
