Job Description

United Utilities are looking to grow one of their most important teams by hiring committed, enthusiastic and engaging Customer Advisors to work at their offices in Lingley Mere Business Park, Great Sankey, Warrington. The role is based at their fantastichead office, where successful candidates will have access to a variety of onsite facilities including free parking, on-site gym, restaurant and coffee shop. There is also a free shuttle bus running from the town centre of Warrington. Were looking for a diverserange of people from all different backgrounds to fill these vacancies, because its important that the Customer Service Team reflects their diverse customer base.As a temporary Customer Advisor youre on the front line, delighting customers and solving their problems every day. No two days are ever the same, so youll handle a wide variety of queries and issues relating to metered customer accounts. Youll have thesatisfaction of managing customer queries from the first call right through to the resolution of each case. Its your job to help get it right first time, preventing repeat or duplicated contacts by correctly setting customer expectations and demonstratingyour expert knowledge (theyll teach you everything you need to know) and offering first class customer service in every interaction.What youll need: Youll need some proven experience delivering exceptional customer service (although this doesnt have to be within a contact centre) and its important you have strong listening and communication skills. You should also be competent in the use of IT systemsand be confident implementing their escalation process. Candidates will be required to provide evidence of Maths and English GCSE (Grade C/ 4 and above) at offer stage. This is an excellent long term opportunity to gain valuable experience and start your careerin customer service with potential permanent opportunities further down the line. Working hours:4 week rolling rota working Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays. You will cover the following shifts 8.00am -4.00pm / 9.00am - 5.00pm /10.00am - 6.00pm & 12.00pm - 8.00pmThis is a 12-month contract with a fixed start date of 05/09/2022PLEASE NOTE - You will work 37 hours per week. For the training period you will work between the hours of 9.00am & 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
