Job Description

Our client, a Chemical Manufacturing company, are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team on a temporary to permanent basis for a minimum of 6 months.Working on the Customer Service/ Administration team, you will provide support and assist in processing sales orders and administrative tasks.As a Customer Service Administrator your duties will be:

  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues both over the telephone and electronically in a prompt manner.
  • Processing accurately sales orders and arranging transport using our internal sales system NAV and supplier internet systems.
  • Pallet deliveries in UK & Ireland
  • Bulk Tanker deliveries in UK
  • Purchasing of goods for direct deliveries
  • Booking collection of parcels on supplier internet-based programme.
  • Liaising with Office Supervisor and other administration staff on day-to-day business.
  • Ensuring all internal ISO9001 Quality Management System procedures are followed.
The successful Customer Service Administrator will have the following skills:
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Pro-active attitude and forward thinker.
  • Proficient with MS packages Word, Outlook, Excel.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner.
