Job Description

Adecco Warrington are looking for Customer Order Administrator based in Birchwood on a permanent basis. Ideal candidate will have a strong background in Administration / Order Entry. Candidates with experience in SAP or using CRM systems is desirable butnot essential as full training can be provided.The role.

  • Receive and enter customer orders on to the SAP system and formulate the information pack.
  • Create customer invoices with the correct essence required by the customer.
  • Reconciliation of financial documentation for authorisation and control.
  • Agree customer terms and methods of payments.
  • Receive payments from customers.
  • Liaise with the departments of our parent company to resolve or clarify any issues.
  • To progress the completion of installations with all partners on a weekly basis and document details and update the system.
  • Access and extract all incoming order/enquiries from the sales e mail system and distribute to the correct person/department.
  • Achieve a high level of organisation and housekeeping.
  • Respond positively to the varying needs of the business and to cover for staff holidays and absence.
  • Organise document files and archive records.
  • Update and maintain the customer database.
  • Scan documentation to the Shared Services department of the parent company.
  • Key Account support including order entry, updating spread sheets and gain an overall view to cover holiday and absence.
  • Reconciling purchase orders with the vendors delivery notes and invoices and presenting these for authorisation. Scanning these into SAP.
  • Receive requests for brochures and dispatch accordingly.
  • Receiving, opening, date stamping and distributing mail to all departments.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner and re-direct to the required person or department.
  • Take messages and ensure that an adequate level of detail is captured.
  • General Office duties deemed appropriate by management.
  • Welcoming visitors and clients in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Organise buffet lunches and refreshments for business client meetings.
  • Prepare meeting areas in advance of events.
The role will be working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
