We are recruiting for a Customer Coordinator, to work for United Utilities on a 12-month contract basis. This role will be based out of the Great Sankey based Head Office - Lingley Mere Business Park.Job PurposeThe primary purpose of the Customer Coordinator (CC) role is to provide advice and assistance to the Project Manager and the project team to ensure that potential third-party problems are identified, analysed and managed. The CC will provide advice and assistancein the:* Identification, analysis and management of third-party risks* Identification, analysis and management of customer risks* Identification, analysis and management of community investment opportunities* Identification, analysis and engagement with key stakeholders (both internal and external)* Identification, recording and communication of project requirements and constraints arising from the above* Assessment of tender submissions with respect to third party, customer and stakeholderKnowledge and Skills* Degree or relevant professional qualification (such as NVQ level 2 in Customer Service)* Have a track record of delivery of projects throughout the project life cycle in a supportive role to the Project Manager (or equivalent)* Be able to prioritise tasks to deliver business targets / objectives* Have technical, commercial & contractual awareness / competence with a good understanding of medium and high complexity Water Industry Projects* Be familiar with the various sectors & organisations the role interfaces with* Be able to engage in effective communication with Internal & External Stakeholders, and have the ability to change communication style to suit different situationsDesirable CriteriaHold APM Accreditation at Foundation level (2 day course) preferredPrevious experience of customer & stakeholder managementUK Driving Licence This temporary vacancy is being advertised by Rullion Ltd PLEASE NOTE:Should your application be successful, and you are offered the role, a number of pre-employment checks need to be carried out before your appointment can be confirmed.
