Job Description

RotheramCarrington Recruitment Group are exclusively recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager available at short notice to join a well-established service organisation based in the Warrington area. This role has come about due to internalpromotion and the organic growth of the business. This is an exciting time to join this business with recently refurbished offices to a high standard offering super trendy break out areas, including a gym and on-site food hall. If you are looking to be partof a journey where you can influence the commercial finance elements of a growing business this could be the role for you. This business offers hybrid working (3 days on-site, 2 days home).Responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Monitoring budgets vs actuals including partnering with the senior management team to support them with budget control, forecasting and commercial decision making.
  • Supporting the commercial team with new business, re-tenders and financial modelling.
  • Delivery of the commercial finance board pack commentary and monthly KPI production.
  • Project based work including looking at ways to improve financial analysis.
  • Providing financial support to strategic planning.
Skills/Experience
  • Available to start at short notice - this opportunity is either temporary or temporary to permanent for the right individual
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
  • Previous experience within a Commercial Finance role
  • Background within a Client facing business services sector, very advantageous
  • Excellent financial modelling and Excel experience
  • Must be a strong communicator and confident in working closely with various heads of departments including HR, IT, Customer Service, operations
  • Also will be involved in lots of different meetings so someone who is happy to provide commentary to the Senior leadership teams
Salary/Benefits
  • £50,000 to £55,000 per annum (possibly more dependent on experience)
