Explore our job openings and be part of this innovative approach to shaping the future of business.We are excited to introduce a new opportunity for the position of Client Services Specialist.This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work in a hybrid capacity, from one of our UK office locations, including London, Warrington, Coventry, or Bournemouth.Your role as a Client Services SpecialistThe Client Service Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of EOR (Employer of Record) workers across EMEA with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, helping with their initial needs and directing other enquiries to the right team members.
  • Talk to clients to fully grasp what they need now and in the future.
  • Stay in touch with clients regularly to build and maintain good relationships.
  • Keep an eye on client satisfaction and share feedback with the relevant teams to make things better.
  • You will be responsible for creating price quotes and engaging in negotiations with clients. This will involve close collaboration with our contracts team.
What are the qualities that can help you thrive as a Client Services Specialist
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
  • Comfortable with meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • Proven experience in meeting deadlines and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics software is a valuable advantage, but not essential.

  • Salary from £24,000, depending on experience
